About the role
The Lobby Lounge Supervisor ensures seamless service in the lobby lounge of Taghazout Bay Marriott Resort, leading a team to meet guest expectations and maintain operational standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate staff to deliver optimal guest service.
- Inspect staff grooming, attire, and uniform compliance.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and securing the area.
- Manage inventory, conduct scheduled counts, and requisition necessary supplies.
- Monitor the dining area for seating availability, safety, and guest wellbeing.
- Complete work orders for maintenance repairs and ensure FIFO storage practices.
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees.
- Enforce company safety, security, and fairness policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related hospitality experience.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
