LP Quality Engineer

About the role

The LP Quality Engineer will support the Kenitra WH Plant in delivering high‑quality automotive components. You will lead validation projects, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage new projects, including validation planning for equipment and products according to guidelines and customer specifications.
• Capture and apply lessons learned to foster continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain control plans, inspection standards, and checklists.
• Oversee dimensional checks and operator validations to guarantee product conformity.
• Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
• Track and improve quality KPIs such as IPPM, DPPM, RPPM, and COPQ.
• Participate in FMEA, risk assessments, and engineering change implementations.
• Conduct product, process, and periodic audits, ensuring rework and control plan execution.
• Lead quality operations, manage teams, handle customer complaints, run audits/meetings, and report performance.

Required profile

• Technical degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Competence in team management.
• Good knowledge of the 8D problem‑solving approach.
• Familiarity with APQP and PSW processes.
• Strong communication skills in English and French (spoken and written).
