Maintenance Leader – Press Line Operations

About the role

We are a leading international automotive group seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Leader to coordinate a technical team and work directly on our press lines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the maintenance technician team.
• Plan preventive, corrective and improvement maintenance on presses and production equipment.
• Ensure equipment reliability, availability and efficiency.
• Drive root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs such as safety, quality, productivity and uptime.
• Manage maintenance budget, spare parts and external suppliers.

Required profile

• Experience with mechanical or servo presses (1600 t or 2000 t) in the automotive industry.
• Hands‑on electrical and mechanical maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic diagrams and mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of industrial automation (motors, inverters, PLCs, sensors).
• Experience leading a maintenance team, even short‑term.
• Technical degree in electrical engineering, mechanics, electromechanics or related field.
