Market Access Manager – Healthcare

About the role

The Market Access Manager will be responsible for implementing the market access strategy for Johnson & Johnson's portfolio in Morocco. This role ensures timely and sustainable patient access by preparing value dossiers, pricing business cases, and launch‑access plans while engaging key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Morocco‑specific market access plans, translating regional strategies into tactical actions for priority therapeutic areas.
• Build launch‑access plans for new products, anticipating evidence, pricing, reimbursement and stakeholder needs.
• Design and support compliant patient access programs, monitor performance and coordinate external partners.
• Prepare value and reimbursement dossiers, health‑economic analyses, and pricing scenarios aligned with national requirements.
• Provide market access training to Strategic Account Managers and other relevant teams.
• Gather and analyse insights on patient‑pathway barriers, payer requirements and policy developments to identify opportunities and risks.
• Engage with health authorities, payers, institutions and healthcare professionals according to the approved engagement strategy.
• Collaborate with Medical, Regulatory, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Compliance and regional access teams to ensure aligned execution.

Required profile

• University degree in pharmacy, medicine, life sciences, public health, business or related field; postgraduate training in health economics or market access is a plus.
• 4–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical market access, pricing, reimbursement or health economics.
• Strong knowledge of the Moroccan healthcare system, payer environment and reimbursement pathways.
• Proven ability to develop access strategies, value dossiers, pricing analyses and business cases.
• Fluent in French and English; Arabic is an advantage.
