Marketing Development Funds (MDF) Project Administrator

About the role

The Marketing Development Funds (MDF) Project Administrator will manage supplier‑funded marketing initiatives, ensuring accurate tracking, approvals, claims and proof of performance. The role works closely with marketing and finance teams to keep projects on schedule and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Raise and manage MDF project requests, coordinating approvals and documentation.
• Submit supplier prior‑approval requests and monitor compliance with funding guidelines.
• Maintain financial information, budgets and costs in Workfront.
• Support financial reconciliation, budget tracking and claim submission.
• Collect and organize financial evidence and execution reports for MDF claims.

Required profile

• Fluent English with 1–2 years of experience.
• Experience in marketing administration, finance administration, project coordination or supplier funding.
• Proven ability to maintain project budgets, financial records, claims and supporting documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy and deadline‑management skills.

• Workfront (project/work management platform).
• Supplier portals and finance systems.
