Maths Teacher – Lower Secondary, IGCSE & A Level

About the role

Inspired Education’s Khalil Gibran School is seeking a qualified Maths Teacher to deliver high‑quality mathematics instruction across Lower Secondary, IGCSE and A Level programmes. The role involves teaching to both the Cambridge International curriculum and the Moroccan National Curriculum, while contributing to the school’s academic community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons for Lower Secondary, IGCSE and A Level students.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the requirements of the Cambridge International framework and the Moroccan National Curriculum.
• Organise and lead mathematics clubs, enrichment activities and academic competitions.
• Promote a vibrant academic culture across both the Moroccan and International sections of the school.
• Monitor student progress through regular formative and summative assessments.
• Provide detailed feedback to students and parents during consultations and in formal reports.

Required profile

• Fluency in English; proficiency in French or Arabic is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a closely related field.
• PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification is desirable.
• Proven experience teaching mathematics at secondary level, covering Lower Secondary, IGCSE and A Level cohorts.
• Familiarity with the Cambridge International curriculum; knowledge of the Moroccan National system is an advantage.
