About the role

FlashFit Automobile Garage is seeking a skilled Engine Mechanic to join its team in Safi, Morocco. This full‑time hybrid position combines on‑site work in the garage with occasional remote tasks, focusing on routine engine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across a range of vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on small and standard vehicle engines.
• Diagnose mechanical issues using factory‑grade diagnostic tools.
• Repair and maintain hydraulic systems associated with engine operation.
• Service heavy equipment and perform related maintenance tasks.
• Ensure all work meets FlashFit’s quality and safety standards.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in small engine repair and maintenance.
• Proficiency with hydraulic system operations and repairs.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve mechanical faults.
• Familiarity with heavy‑equipment repair practices.
• Attention to detail and commitment to professional craftsmanship.
• Relevant mechanical or automotive engineering certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in automotive repair is preferred.
