About the role
Diagnose problems and perform maintenance on complex equipment, ensuring manufacturing behaviors align with practice and operational standards.
Key responsibilities
- Compile systematic diagrams or reports on manufacturing procedures, facility utilization, and failure summaries, advising on process optimization.
- Participate in and monitor manufacturing processes, implement appropriate operation standards, and follow production regulations.
- Reschedule manufacturing tasks among technicians to address requirement variances.
- Guide junior technicians on equipment operation and maintenance, providing training as needed.
Required profile
- Typically 5‑6 years or more of related work experience.
- High school diploma required; AA degree or equivalent preferred.
