About the role

Join TE as a Molding Setup Operator and play a key part in producing high‑quality molded components. You will work on a diverse team, operating and preparing machinery to meet tight tolerances while ensuring a safe and efficient production environment.

Key responsibilities

Plan and execute specific production runs, setting up molding machines according to job specifications.
Monitor workflow, verify product quality, and follow procedures for handling equipment failures.
Provide guidance and on‑the‑job training to junior or new operators.
Conduct periodic inspections and tests of machine parts, reporting critical feedback to engineers and supervisors.
Repair identified issues, maintain machine activity logs, and document final product records.

Required profile

Minimum 0‑2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
High school diploma required; vocational training or an associate degree is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
