Molding Setup Operator

About the role
Join TE as a Molding Setup Operator and play a key part in producing high‑quality molded components. You will work on a diverse team, operating and preparing machinery to meet tight tolerances while ensuring a safe and efficient production environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute specific production runs, setting up molding machines according to job specifications.
- Monitor workflow, verify product quality, and follow procedures for handling equipment failures.
- Provide guidance and on‑the‑job training to junior or new operators.
- Conduct periodic inspections and tests of machine parts, reporting critical feedback to engineers and supervisors.
- Repair identified issues, maintain machine activity logs, and document final product records.
Required profile
- Minimum 0‑2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma required; vocational training or an associate degree is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
