About the role

We are looking for a motivated Molding Setup Operator to join our production team. You will work with diverse colleagues to set up and run molding machines, ensuring high‑quality output while maintaining a safe and sustainable work environment.

Key responsibilities

Plan and execute specific production runs, setting up molding machines according to specifications.
Monitor workflow and quality, following procedures for equipment failures.
Provide guidance and training to junior or new operators.
Conduct periodic inspections and tests of machine parts, reporting critical feedback to engineers and supervisors.
Diagnose and fix issues in manufacturing equipment, maintain activity logs, and document final product records.

Required profile

0‑2 years of related experience.
High school diploma; vocational training or an AA degree is a plus.
