About the role
We are looking for a motivated Molding Setup Operator to join our production team. You will work with diverse colleagues to set up and run molding machines, ensuring high‑quality output while maintaining a safe and sustainable work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute specific production runs, setting up molding machines according to specifications.
- Monitor workflow and quality, following procedures for equipment failures.
- Provide guidance and training to junior or new operators.
- Conduct periodic inspections and tests of machine parts, reporting critical feedback to engineers and supervisors.
- Diagnose and fix issues in manufacturing equipment, maintain activity logs, and document final product records.
Required profile
- 0‑2 years of related experience.
- High school diploma; vocational training or an AA degree is a plus.
