Operations Manager – Meknes Plant

About the role

The Meknes Wiring Plant is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the production of wire harnesses. You will be responsible for ensuring schedule attainment, safety, quality, and meeting forecast targets while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage plant operations to achieve sales and operating income targets.
• Drive successful audits, certifications, and customer quality requirements.
• Deploy Lean Production (LPA) and 5S across all levels, ensuring compliance and action completion.
• Lead a high‑performing team, develop talent, and prepare succession plans.
• Oversee after‑sales support, prototype phases, and new product launches.
• Control costs, improve transport efficiency, and achieve machine OEE targets.
• Prepare production forecasts to meet inventory design and manage scrap processes.
• Promote continuous‑improvement culture through Kaizen events and innovative problem‑solving.

Required profile

• Engineering technical degree.
• At least 10 years of experience in a similar automotive manufacturing role.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of planning and tracking projects.
