Operations & Product Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Operations & Product Specialist to join our Casablanca team. In this position you will design competitive travel products for Morocco, support international B2B partners, and ensure flawless operational delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Research destinations, market trends and client needs to create new FIT, group and MICE itineraries.
• Build detailed travel programs covering accommodation, transport, activities, guides and other services, calculate costs and set competitive prices.
• Upload and maintain product listings, images and pricing on the company website and OTA platforms using the CMS and back‑office tools.
• Support overseas sales teams with customized proposals, prepare quotations and coordinate bookings with local suppliers.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard hotels, transport providers, guides and activity partners; negotiate rates and contract terms.
• Monitor supplier performance, maintain contracts and rate sheets, and ensure high service quality.
• Collaborate with sales, reservations, finance and operations teams to guarantee that every travel program meets company standards and client expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in inbound tourism, DMC or tour operations in Morocco.
• Proven track record in travel product design and packaging.
• Fluent in English and French, native or fluent Moroccan Arabic (Darija).
