Portfolio Enablement Consultant

About the role

The Portfolio Enablement Consultant joins Atos' global Product Enablement & Go‑to‑Market organisation for the ServiceNow business. The role supports regional sales, pre‑sales and pursuit teams by creating, maintaining and operating technical enablement assets that accelerate pipeline generation and deal closure.

Key responsibilities

• Support regional teams with ServiceNow solution enablement assets such as slides, talk tracks, demo scripts and reusable content.
• Create, update and format client pitch decks, industry narratives and sales playbooks, ensuring version control and brand consistency.
• Coordinate provisioning, refresh and upkeep of demo environments, publishing guided demo flows and supporting documentation.
• Develop and maintain sales training materials, manage session logistics and capture feedback for continuous improvement.
• Provide SWAT/Tiger Team support for strategic pursuits, assembling tailored pitch content, proposal responses and executive‑ready summaries.
• Maintain competitive battlecards, win/loss learnings and ensure frontline teams have quick access to up‑to‑date guidance.

Required profile

• Experience in product enablement, pre‑sales operations, pursuit or marketing operations within a technology or consulting environment.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow solutions and typical demo/pursuit motions, with the ability to learn quickly.
• Strong content production skills, detail‑oriented with excellent quality control and versioning.
• Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders, tight deadlines and delivering complete, field‑ready assets.
