About the role
Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Product Specialist to join its team in Marrakesh. The role focuses on driving product adoption and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals while supporting the company’s mission to improve access to medicines.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives for the assigned territory.
- Lead prospecting, information sharing, communication, and public‑relations initiatives with healthcare professionals using tools such as training sessions, marketing materials, and congress participation.
- Develop, manage, and animate a strong network of specialist doctors.
Required profile
- University degree in Science and/or Business.
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- High standards of integrity and transparency.
- Strong customer orientation and entrepreneurial mindset; responsible, autonomous and self‑driven.
