About the role
Join TE as a Project Manager Engineer, supporting industrial engineering and project activities while contributing to process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, spares, and sustained production.
- Operate complex production equipment and tools, oversee junior technicians, and ensure compliance with blueprints, guidelines, diagrams and schematics.
- Modify existing equipment and assist in designing new equipment for manufacturing process improvement.
- Provide quality control, in‑process production testing, reporting, and performance tracking.
Required profile
- Industrial Engineering degree (Bachelor's or Master's).
- Less than 1 year of professional experience (entry‑level).
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and MS Project.
- Basic knowledge of project management principles.
