About the role

Join TE as a Project Manager Engineer, supporting industrial engineering and project activities while contributing to process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, spares, and sustained production.
Operate complex production equipment and tools, oversee junior technicians, and ensure compliance with blueprints, guidelines, diagrams and schematics.
Modify existing equipment and assist in designing new equipment for manufacturing process improvement.
Provide quality control, in‑process production testing, reporting, and performance tracking.

Required profile

Industrial Engineering degree (Bachelor's or Master's).
Less than 1 year of professional experience (entry‑level).

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and MS Project.
Basic knowledge of project management principles.
