Project Manager

About the role

Phi Partners is seeking a Project Manager to lead implementations of the Sophis/Fusion Invest platform for global financial institutions. The role is based in the Casablanca Centre of Excellence and involves overseeing projects from planning through to formal closure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects under the direction of the Project Management Lead.
• Coordinate all project phases including definition, analysis, development, testing, issue resolution, reporting, implementation, documentation and training.
• Lead multiple cross‑functional teams, assigning tasks and ensuring timely delivery.
• Conduct quality checks, produce updates and presentations for stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and take corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex technology projects for financial services clients.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to work with global teams.
• Ability to drive projects through all lifecycle stages and deliver to elite clients.
