Psychiatrist (Full or Part‑time)

About the role

Amae Health is opening a new clinic in Boston, MA, in partnership with Massachusetts General Hospital. We are seeking a board‑certified psychiatrist, full‑time or part‑time, to join an interdisciplinary team delivering high‑acuity, coordinated outpatient care for individuals with severe mental illness.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive behavioral health management for patients with schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar I, and treatment‑resistant depression.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans throughout engagement, stabilization, and recovery phases.
• Collaborate daily with therapists, primary‑care physicians, dietitians, and community health workers to ensure seamless, longitudinal care.
• Utilize Amae’s purpose‑built clinical tools and measurement science to monitor progress and outcomes.
• Participate in continuous learning programs, including supervision and mentorship through the Mass General Hospital collaboration.

Required profile

• Board certification in psychiatry and a valid medical license to practice in Massachusetts.
• Experience treating severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar I disorder, and treatment‑resistant depression.
• Commitment to integrated, team‑based care and willingness to work within a high‑acuity outpatient setting.
