Real Estate Agent - Part-Time, Commission-Based

About the role

ZENA Luxury Real Estate is looking for a motivated, client-focused Real Estate Agent in Marrakech who can turn enquiries into successful sales. The position is part-time, on-site at the Marrakech office, and pays by commission. You will represent a portfolio of properties and guide clients through each stage of buying or selling.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers and property owners.
• Respond promptly to enquiries and follow up consistently with prospective clients.
• Understand each client's needs and match them with suitable properties.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, presenting each property professionally.
• Negotiate confidently and guide clients towards agreeing a deal.
• Manage leads and client information carefully, keeping clear records of conversations and follow-ups.
• Work with the team to prepare listings, share property information and support transactions through to completion.
• Develop new business through networking, referrals and your own prospecting.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Fluency in English or French; Arabic and other languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of the Marrakech property market is a plus.
