About the role

Join TE's HR Solutions Partners team to support a variety of human resources activities, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and data analysis. You will work with diverse stakeholders to implement HR policies and drive company‑wide programs.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in talent acquisition, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or automotive environments.
Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
Experience using recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and talent sourcing tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship‑building skills.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
Customer‑focused, teamwork‑oriented, and results‑driven mindset.
