About the role
Join TE's HR Solutions Partners team to support a variety of human resources activities, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and data analysis. You will work with diverse stakeholders to implement HR policies and drive company‑wide programs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in talent acquisition, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or automotive environments.
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Experience using recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and talent sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship‑building skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Customer‑focused, teamwork‑oriented, and results‑driven mindset.
