Remote Medical & Legal Spanish Interpreter (English/French)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Medical and Legal Interpreter fluent in Spanish, English, and French to work 100% remotely. You will facilitate accurate and timely communication between patients, legal clients, and healthcare or legal professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide simultaneous and consecutive interpretation for medical and legal appointments (OPI/VRI or scheduled).
• Ensure correct use of medical and legal terminology.
• Maintain HIPAA‑compliant confidentiality and data security.
• Use a wired USB headset with noise‑cancellation and meet internet speed requirements.
• Take notes and retain information accurately during sessions.

Required profile

• 6 months to 3 years of professional interpretation experience.
• Proven expertise in medical or legal sectors.
• Availability for on‑demand and scheduled interpreting sessions.
• High listening, note‑taking, and memory retention abilities.
• Professional, HIPAA‑compliant home setup.

Required skills

• Fluency in Spanish, English, and French.
• Simultaneous and consecutive interpreting techniques.
