About the role
Atlas Outdoor, a Marrakech‑based travel agency specializing in tailor‑made cultural and adventure trips across Morocco, is looking for a motivated and organised Reservation Agent to join its dynamic team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage reservations for accommodation, transport and activities.
- Follow up on bookings and maintain client files.
- Coordinate with hotels and a network of local partners.
- Ensure all travel arrangements are properly organised before departure.
Required profile
- Minimum Bac +2 education.
- At least one year of experience in tourism.
- Organised, rigorous and comfortable with office and digital tools.
- Good command of French or English; Arabic and Tamazight are a plus.
