About the role

Rabat Ville Verte is seeking qualified professionals for three key positions in Rabat, Morocco: a Operations Control Manager, a GIS Engineer, and a Procurement & General Services Manager. These roles support the city’s green initiatives and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and monitor field operations, ensure quality control, and manage project execution (Operations Control Manager).
• Maintain, update, and develop the Geographic Information System, providing spatial analysis for urban planning (GIS Engineer).
• Oversee procurement activities, manage supplier relationships, and coordinate general services and logistics (Procurement & General Services Manager).

Required profile

• Engineering degree (industrial, civil, logistics or related) with 10‑12 years of operational management experience for the Operations role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Geomatics, GIS or related field with at least 3 years of GIS experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Procurement, Supply Chain or related discipline with a minimum of 3 years in a similar position.
