Responsable de compétences – Gestion et développement des consultants

About the role

The Competency Manager will support the staffing, integration, and career development of a portfolio of consultants, ensuring alignment with project needs and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze staffing requirements and the competencies needed to meet project demands.
• Collaborate with HR to execute consultant onboarding processes, including access provisioning, workstation setup, welcome kits, and integration presentations.
• Ensure teams have the necessary tools and working conditions.
• Maintain a qualified external talent pool.
• Manage consultants' career paths, including trial period validation, career committee preparation, mobility, and development plans.
• Keep technical dossiers and competency matrices up to date.
• Promote knowledge sharing and identify high‑potential talent within the team.
• Implement ADC Maroc HR policies and ensure compliance with internal regulations and ALTEN standards (QHSSE, information security, etc.).
• Act as the communication bridge between the Delivery Center and consultants.
• Handle administrative tasks such as leave, absences, expense notes, and time‑sheet entries.
• Coordinate with the Technical Direction to align assignments with consultants' career perspectives.
• Oversee consultant entry and exit on various projects.
• Support pre‑sales activities, contribute to service offer development, and help prepare presentations and related materials.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of professional experience.
• Significant experience managing teams of 30 or more collaborators.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Strong listening, negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Solid people‑management competence.
• Diplomacy, discernment, stress resilience, and a results‑oriented mindset.
