Restaurant Host/Hostess – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Host/Hostess is the first point of contact for guests in the hotel’s Mint Outlet restaurant. You will create welcoming first impressions and help design memorable dining experiences for guests of a luxury seaside hotel in Casablanca.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage the host stand during service.
• Review the reservation book, recommend table setups, and coordinate seating with the serving team.
• Ensure each dining area is clean, set correctly, and ready for service before opening.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, and restaurant concepts to answer guest inquiries.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a food & beverage outlet, preferably within a luxury hotel.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and presentation.
