About the role
Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Room Service Order Taker/Cashier you will brighten guests’ days by processing in‑room dining orders and delivering memorable experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Delight guests with an upbeat, friendly attitude and look for ways to make their stay special.
- Answer room‑service telephone calls promptly and handle guest requests efficiently.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the point‑of‑sale system.
- Learn menu items, promotions and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
- Upsell sides, desserts, drinks and special promotions.
- Process payments, reconcile checks, verify totals and handle cash according to accounting guidelines.
