Sales Manager – Automotive Aftermarket (Africa)

About the role

Eaton is seeking a Sales Manager to lead its Automotive Aftermarket business across Africa. Based in Morocco, you will drive revenue growth, develop new market opportunities and strengthen relationships with key customers in the IAM & OES channels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a robust prospect pipeline through networking, referrals and market research.
• Conduct market analysis to monitor trends, competitor activity and customer needs, contributing to pricing and commercial term development.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives, supporting annual profit and five‑year plans.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Lead cross‑functional customer interface teams to guarantee responsiveness and high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and operations teams for seamless solution delivery and provide market feedback.
• Track and report sales performance metrics, prepare forecasts and business development reports for senior management.
• Deploy the Customer Relationship Review (CRR) process and assist in action‑plan development to improve customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
• Fluent in French, English and Arabic.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive aftermarket sales or a comparable commercial role.
