Sales Manager – Business Growth in Morocco & Francophone Africa

About the role

TOPPAN Security is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across Morocco and French‑speaking African markets. The role blends new‑business development with the management and expansion of existing customer relationships in the payments and security sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for Morocco and Francophone Africa, targeting banking, fintech, government, telecom and enterprise customers.
• Identify new business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to order closure, and prepare presentations, proposals and quotations.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts, building relationships with senior decision‑makers and key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and provide accurate pipeline forecasts and regular reporting.
• Represent TOPPAN Security at customer meetings, industry events and conferences, traveling as required.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of sales or business development experience in payments, banking, fintech, digital identity or cybersecurity.
• Proven track record in both new‑business acquisition and account management, with strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in French, English and Arabic, able to engage senior stakeholders across multiple markets.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and comfortable working independently across diverse regions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
