Sales Manager – Hospitality (Morocco)

About the role

Mamiba, a leading manufacturer and supplier of hotel amenities and cosmetics across the Middle East and Africa, is seeking a driven Sales Manager to expand its presence in Morocco. You will lead B2B sales efforts within the hospitality sector, building lasting client relationships and delivering revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets in the Moroccan market.
• Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities, focusing on hotels, restaurants, and cafés.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision‑makers in the hospitality sector.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients and distributors.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales management or a senior sales role.
• Experience in the Hospitality/HORECA sector is a strong asset.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team.
• Fluency in French and Arabic; English is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
