About the role

We are seeking a motivated and well‑organized Sales Manager to lead our efforts in prospecting new customers and strengthening relationships with existing accounts. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our market strategy and driving revenue growth across both new and established markets.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand business in target markets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and recruit top sales talent.
Mentor and coach sales team members to achieve individual and collective performance goals.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple initiatives.
