About the role
We are seeking a motivated and well‑organized Sales Manager to lead our efforts in prospecting new customers and strengthening relationships with existing accounts. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our market strategy and driving revenue growth across both new and established markets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand business in target markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and recruit top sales talent.
- Mentor and coach sales team members to achieve individual and collective performance goals.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple initiatives.
