About the role

The Sales Manager for the Leisure & Hospitality division will lead business growth across both new and existing markets. You will be responsible for shaping sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and guiding a team toward achieving ambitious targets.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue.
Identify and recruit top sales talent in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
Mentor and coach sales employees to meet individual and team objectives.
Maintain and deepen relationships with key customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.

Required profile

Motivated and well‑organized professional with a strong understanding of prospecting and relationship building.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business.
Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
