About the role
The Sales Manager for the Leisure & Hospitality division will lead business growth across both new and existing markets. You will be responsible for shaping sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and guiding a team toward achieving ambitious targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue.
- Identify and recruit top sales talent in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
- Mentor and coach sales employees to meet individual and team objectives.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with key customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
Required profile
- Motivated and well‑organized professional with a strong understanding of prospecting and relationship building.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
