About the role
Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, a division of the Arrow Electronics Group, is strengthening its teams and is looking for a Sales Operations Associate who speaks English. The position is based in Casablanca, Morocco, on Boulevard Al Quods, and is a full-time role.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain customer, lead and sales activity data in the CRM system by entering, organizing and keeping it accurate.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Handle vendor requests and issues related to orders.
Required profile
- Fluent English (C1).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate with other departments.
