About the role
Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking a Sales Operations Associate who is fluent in Italian to support its sales team in Casablanca. The role focuses on maintaining accurate CRM data, providing administrative assistance, and handling vendor order issues.
Key responsibilities
- Enter, organize, and maintain customer, lead, and sales activity data in the CRM system.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the sales team.
- Process vendor requests and resolve order‑related issues.
Required profile
- Fluent Italian (C1 level) with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong teamwork orientation and ability to collaborate across departments.
