Key responsibilities

• Enter, organize, and maintain customer, lead, and sales activity data in the CRM system.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the sales team.
• Process vendor requests and resolve order‑related issues.

Required profile

• Fluent Italian (C1 level) with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong teamwork orientation and ability to collaborate across departments.
