Sales Representative – Moroccan Market

About the role

goFLUENT is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to drive business development in the Moroccan market. You will be the first point of contact for potential B2B clients, creating new opportunities and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the face of the company, handling initial outreach to prospects.
• Prospect leads via phone, email and other channels, targeting decision‑makers.
• Nurture relationships with high‑potential leads and identify their pain points.
• Support the sales team by preparing qualified meetings.
• Build and maintain a prospect database, updating contact information in Salesforce.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales or telesales experience.
• Strong cold‑calling skills with tolerance for high outbound call volume.
• Excellent communication, proactive attitude and adaptability.
• Resilience to bounce back from unsuccessful calls.
• Curiosity for sales methodologies and a creative, out‑of‑the‑box approach.
• Advanced English is a plus; native or advanced French is mandatory.
