Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems. The role is fully remote and involves auditing, analyzing, and improving SaaS‑related CRM processes.

Key responsibilities

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts, determine business rules, and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes, assess impact on billing, CPQ, ticketing and other integrated tools, and provide optimization insights.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations or rollouts in SaaS environments.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models and cross‑system data reconciliation.
