Senior banker (H/F)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Banker to develop and enhance our commercial portfolio while ensuring strong risk management and profitability. The role combines client acquisition, relationship management, and portfolio oversight within a banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate portfolio objectives into commercial targets for each client or prospect.
• Design and execute commercial action plans to achieve set goals.
• Proactively maintain and deepen client relationships to increase portfolio value.
• Manage the end‑to‑end client onboarding process until deal closure.
• Monitor overdue receivables, implement regularisation solutions, and oversee collection activities.
• Track risk‑related KPIs, including default rates, rating targets, and net risk cost of the portfolio.

Required profile

• Master’s level education (Bac+5) in finance from a business school or university.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in banking, focusing on commercial activities or portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge of financing products, placements, cash management, credit facilities, and related services.
• Proven ability to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships.
• Excellent negotiation, result‑orientation, and autonomous working style.
