Senior Manager, Commercial & Medical IT Systems

About the role

Genetix Biotherapeutics is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Commercial and Medical Systems within its IT organization. Based in Somerville, MA, the role operates on a hybrid schedule (three days onsite per week) and serves as the primary bridge between technology and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Align IT solutions with commercial and medical business priorities through structured demand management and governance.
• Develop and maintain multi‑year capability roadmaps that integrate enterprise architecture, data strategy, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a strategic advisor, advising senior leaders on how digital tools, omnichannel engagement, and AI‑enabled analytics can improve commercial execution and medical engagement.
• Build and sustain trust‑based relationships across the organization, facilitating cross‑functional collaboration.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging trends such as personalized medicine insights and AI‑driven analytics.
