Senior Medical Representative – Vaccines (Morocco)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Medical Representative to join our Vaccines Unit in Morocco. You will be responsible for promoting our vaccines portfolio to healthcare professionals, driving sales growth, and contributing to our mission of improving public health.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and detail the vaccines portfolio to pediatricians, gynecologists, GPs, pharmacists and other HCPs.
• Create, monitor and revise territory action plans to generate sustainable sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets through disciplined execution and rigorous follow‑up.
• Conduct sales calls with prospective and existing customers, ensuring thorough pre‑call planning and post‑call follow‑up.
• Provide accurate, balanced and compliant scientific and product information.
• Plan and deliver high‑quality HCP meetings that address clinical needs and support vaccine recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, handling objections and recommending solutions aligned with patient outcomes.
• Analyze account consumption and vaccination coverage rates, propose improvements and lead strategic initiatives.
• Present quarterly territorial reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative, preferably in vaccines or pharmaceutical products.
• Strong knowledge of vaccines, immunisation schedules and infectious diseases.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
