Senior Privacy & Compliance Officer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Privacy & Compliance Officer to join A2MAC1’s Information Security & Compliance team in Casablanca. You will work closely with the Privacy & Compliance Manager to lead governance, risk and compliance initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead privacy and compliance activities across assigned domains and ensure operational excellence.
• Drive governance, risk and compliance initiatives from planning to execution.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, monitor remediation plans and ensure audit readiness.
• Conduct risk assessments and support compliance reviews across business activities.
• Coordinate responses to customer compliance questionnaires and security requests.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to improve security and compliance processes.
• Drive security awareness initiatives and monitor key compliance indicators.
• Produce governance reporting and escalate risks when appropriate.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in information security, privacy, risk or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) principles.
• Experience with ISO 27001 and data privacy regulations.
• Experience coordinating audits, risk assessments and compliance activities.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional level of English.
