About the role
We are looking for a Shift Leader to oversee production operations in an automotive manufacturing environment. The role ensures smooth execution of daily tasks, maintains line discipline, and drives continuous improvement on the shop floor.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and coordinate the activities of operator teams to meet production targets.
- Maintain control and discipline on the production line, ensuring safety and quality standards.
- Monitor compliance with production specifications and implement 5S improvements.
- Contribute ideas to the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) program for both production and organisational activities.
- Ensure correct identification and handling of raw‑material components on the line.
Required profile
- Technician diploma (Bac+2) or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong sense of responsibility, availability and flexibility to work shift schedules.
Required skills
- Knowledge of 5S methodology.
- Familiarity with Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) initiatives.
