About the role

We are seeking a creative, results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to elevate our brand’s digital presence. You will be responsible for planning, producing, and publishing engaging multimedia content while fostering an active online community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand objectives.
• Film high‑quality videos and capture photos using a smartphone or professional camera.
• Edit reels, TikToks, and static posts for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Monitor all social channels, respond to comments and direct messages, and nurture community engagement.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and deliver monthly analytical reports with actionable insights.
• Stay current with platform algorithms, trends, and viral audio to keep content relevant.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar digital marketing role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating past work and managed accounts.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong storytelling ability.
• Reliable power supply (inverter, generator, or solar) and stable high‑speed internet connection.
• High‑functioning laptop capable of running editing software smoothly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mobile/desktop video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and Canva.
