About the role

LC Waikiki is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead one of its fashion retail locations. The role focuses on driving sales, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and developing a motivated store team.

Key responsibilities

Set and achieve sales performance targets to increase profitability.
Hire, train, and evaluate store staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Maintain an orderly, presentable store environment that reflects the brand.
Oversee inventory management and daily store operations.

Required profile

Minimum 4 years of store management experience in a retail setting.
Customer‑centric mindset with a positive attitude.
