Strategic Sourcing Manager – EMEA (Casablanca)

About the role

PIP Global Safety is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing activities for direct‑material categories across its EMEA manufacturing sites. Based in Casablanca, you will own category strategy, drive cost competitiveness and ensure supply continuity while collaborating with engineering, quality and supply‑chain teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with regional and global sourcing objectives.
• Lead RFQs, supplier evaluations, cost modelling and negotiations for assigned categories.
• Manage supplier relationships, conduct regular performance reviews and drive corrective actions.
• Support plant operations, new‑product introductions and act as escalation point for supply or cost issues.
• Drive cost‑reduction initiatives, track savings, PPV and monitor commodity and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with governance processes and mitigate supply risks.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with full ownership of one or more direct‑material categories.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management and cost‑reduction programs.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market dynamics and geopolitical risks.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills, working closely with manufacturing, engineering, quality and supply‑chain teams.
