TA Access Strategy Manager

About the role

The Access Strategy Manager for Morocco will support the Market Access department in unlocking patient access beyond the pill and overcoming reimbursement challenges. Reporting to the Patient Access Head MTA, the role coordinates with health authorities, internal teams and external partners to ensure optimal market entry and sustained access for the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pricing analyses and develop pricing & reimbursement strategies.
• Lead Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) activities and create pharmacoeconomic dossiers.
• Manage access contracts and negotiate pricing with health authorities.
• Act as primary liaison with health authorities and key decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with global, cluster, medical, regulatory and marketing teams to plan and execute product launches.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes and competitive dynamics.
• Design, plan and execute Patient Access Programs (POP), Patient Assistance Programs (PAP) and Early Access Programs (EAP).
• Ensure compliance with local laws, support audits and manage corrective actions.
• Maintain regular interaction with POP Champion and Pharmacovigilance Responsible.

Required profile

• Proven experience in market access, pricing, reimbursement and health economics within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan healthcare system, regulations and reimbursement processes.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with health authorities and key stakeholders.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills with global and local teams.
• Track record of delivering successful product launches and access strategies.
